Watermark at St. Peters is a great place for a person seeking a quiet environment. The main reason we chose this independent living community over others we looked at was because of the personalization of services and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend Watermark at St. Peters to others looking.

Our family has had a very positive experience at Watermark at St. Peters. If there is any issue, they work though it very quickly. The apartment is great. And it's just a great place for retirement.

Watermark has been fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very beginning when we walked in and had our tour, to my dad moving in, the staff have been fantastic. They were not pushy, and I felt reassured when they highly suggested we go on other tours. All the staff - from maintenance to the cook to the sales person - everyone is amazing. The front desk staff is always personable and kind. It's always a hard transition when you have to move an older parent, and I thought it was going to be very difficult. But it has been a joyful decision for my dad and for our family. They just make you feel at home. I'm not of age yet, but I would want to move there myself!

We were so impressed with the new luxurious updates when [name removed] took us on a tour. You get lots of value for a reasonable price. They have beautiful apartments with lots of amenities and a very nice villa neighborhood too. The new restaurant was a high-end dining experience! All the staff at The Watermark was so kind and attentive and the residents had such good things to say. This would be a wonderful place to call home!

We had a very positive tour experience with Watermark at St. Peters. If it were up to me, this facility would have been my first choice especially because of the convenient location. The price and the amenities offered were very comparable to the facility that we ended up choosing. It is a very nice facility.

I love it here! The people are friendly. You meet new ones every day. Sometimes it's hard to remember names there are so many of them. I love my apartment. I have all new appliances and a place take care of my self. I just really like it here.

Watermark is very clean, the staff are very friendly and they already know our family by name every time we come to visit. The residents get 20 meals a month and depending on who you ask, the opinions may vary. For the residents who have been there a long time now feel as if their continental breakfast is more minimal, but for our loved one who has only been there for a short time is doing well and is able to cook her own meals in her kitchenette. she loves utilizing their swimming pool since she is still very active.

I was very impressed with the tour and appreciated the attention and courtesy of the staff member giving the tour. Her name was [name removed]. The facility was very nice and the amenities were perfect for the needs of my family member.

I was impressed with this facility. Staff and residents friendly, but they have a lot of extra fees. Will continue to look, not eliminating most at this point.

We liked the Villas. The inside of the facility seemed awfully dark and quiet to me. Mom actually ran into a bridge-playing friend while we were on the tour.

Rooms are clean, bright and extra large rooms,full kitchen with open floor plan. No washer/dryer in apartment but has a large laundry room. Has a swimming pool. Price include continental breakfast daily and 20 meals/mo. [name removed] was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Most definitely fits our needs.

This community is beautiful and clean. The indoor swimming pool is a bonus!

This was such a good move for my mom. We toured a lot of communities but ultimately mom was going to have to make the final decision as to where she wanted to live. She chose this one because she said it had a more homey feel to it than others we were at. The layout of her unit is very similar to what she had in her own home which helps her feel comfortable. She likes the food. Mom is enjoying the activities and never really expected to make friends and socialize but she seems to be busy all the time.

My wife, and I am doing well since our move to this community. This is a pleasant community, and I'am comfortable with our move to this community.The staff is kind, and have been helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. The meals are good, and they offer plenty activities for the residents. This community is working out well for us, and I would recommend it.

I'am satisfied with my mothers move to this community. it is a nice facility, with kind people. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They do a good job with the cleanliness, when I come to visit everything appears to be well maintained. The staff is kind, and helpful when needed. It has been a good experience for us so far in this community, and I would recommend it.

Nice place to live for old people. More opportunities for helping with caring for others would be good. Food pantries, Christian thrift store and charity organizations should be made available for service of those who can and want to help.

My family and I are very happy with the overall appearance and friendliness of everyone at Brookdale. She moves in this weekend and we are very hopeful that she loves it and enjoys many years there.

Things seem to be going well for mom at Brookdale St.Peters. They meet her care needs, she's making new friends and joining in activities. We chose Brookdale because of it's location, availability and price.The staff was friendly helpful and the community had a good atmosphere. It marked all of the boxes for us.
