The Waterford Communities are pleased to offer on-site weekly and on call Nurse Practitioner visits. The Waterford goes above the industry standard by utilizing the expertise of a Registered Nurse as our Director of Nursing Care, License Practical Charge Nurses on each shift as well as Certified Medication Aides and Nursing Assistants. In addition, we partner with several local providers to offer on-site Physical, Occupational, Restorative and Speech therapies in addition to Home Health Nursing and Hospice services.
