Duplex (patio) homes and the larger congregate apartment building are designed without steps or elevators. Apartment living is further enhanced by amenities such as our lovely garden room, a parlor for private gatherings, comprehensive transportation services and a program of planned activities.
Duplex living amenities include: cathedral ceilings, circle top windows, full size kitchens with all appliance provided, spacious closets, attached garage and all maintenance of the home, including lawn care and snow removal.
