People are friendly, but it's up to you to also be friendly. If you want to know what is going on, come to coffee hour on Tuesday morning. People are helpful. We have exchanged phone numbers and we know we can call if we need help.\nSome activities are created by the residents - playing board games or cards. There is a Valet garbage pickup which is terrific. The grounds are well kept. I've only needed maintenance help twice in the time I've been here, and they been good with that. While they are not responsible for food, they have made contact with a company that does food delivery recently. The value for the money is just fine, my apartment is much bigger then what I have been used to previously living in Manhattan, NY.
