Community was very nice and [Removed] was wonderful-answered all the questions & concerns I hadReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The Village Cove on Hilton Head Island is a wonderful facility for your aging loved one. From the kitchen staff preparing tasty entrees to the nursing staff providing constant nurturing care, this facility is top notch. The knowledgeable staff is a special group of workers. They not only make the residents feel special each and every day, but they challenge them when they can with daily activities. Finally, I cannot emphasize enough, every resident is treated as if they were family.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
This is for the Assisted living side. They didn't really take care of my loved one. Personal Hygiene was out the window, and I was really upset. They told me they could take care of my loved one. We would complain and they would do nothing. They were in a transition period. They did that job, and that was it, just a bare minimum.
