I was desperate when I called the nursing home asking for a place to move my Dad to. He hadn't done well in the regular assisted living facilities around town and I was hoping for something smaller and more homey. Through an agency, I found Trinity which has several house locations around town. One step inside the house and I knew I had found 'home' for my Dad. Plenty of room for him to maneuver his wheelchair. A common area with actual residents socializing rather than all staying in their rooms. A normal large kitchen and dining room. Professional, friendly, long time staff. He receives help with dressing, bathing, going to the restroom, diaper changes, medications, getting in and out of the wheelchair, laundry, cleaning, 3 meals and 3 snacks, and with less than 16 residents, he gets taken care of in a timely manner. I love the hardwood floors, the mature trees, the locked gate, the flagstone patio, the open door policy, and the secluded feeling. He seems much happier than he has been the past 8 months.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
