About the facility
Town Square Perry Hall

Town Square is a one-of-a-kind Adult Day program that specializes in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. Our building is designed to bring comfort to our members when they walk through our doors, and it feels as though you are walking into a retro style town. Our dedicated storefronts: Garden Shop, Movie Theater, Diner, Art Studio, and Game Room, all allow members to do person centered activities with dedicated and specially trained staff. Our Nurse on sight is available to provide medications, help with personal care support and connect with families on a clinical level. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are provided in our all-inclusive, daily rate. Town Square also partners with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy onsite.
