They do have diabetic care here which is a big reason why we chose them. They have him as level 1 care right now so we feel the value and care for the money is great. His room is nice, especially the kitchen area it makes it seem more like an apartment. The staff and the residents we interacted have all been very friendly. He is enjoying the activities that they do have at the moment, but they are limited due to covid. Our loved one has not had any complaints, it has been a great experience.
Pretty expensive. Nice grounds, but the Level of care fee, on top of the room rent has a lowest level of 450. easily get to 4000/mnth. Nice grouds and nice facility.
We chose this because my mother preferred the location to me and she liked the modern, up to date look of the house, it is a very nice layout. Also the size of the closet is huge, it is almost like another room. My mother has not been able to experience the meals or activities due to covid. They are really expansive for what they offer. I would recommend as long as you can afford it.
We have had some glitches in communication when it came to the medication, but overall it is a good community. It is very clean at all times, and the entire staff is always friendly and willing to listen. More importantly our loved one, loved it there. We did eat there a couple of times and the food was very good.
The Village at Heritage Park is a very clean, comforting place to have a family member. We chose this community for its location. I would recommend this community to other families. The food was okay and they offered two specials a day. It is a beautiful place.
My sister is having a difficult time. I am very disappointed in the lack of activities. The food is excellent and the chef is amazing. I like how you order off a menu. There is a lack of communication between the community staff and the family. I would like more updates. I am the liaison between the community and the doctors, my sister's medications are being adjusted and I am not getting information. I have a nurse that I usually talk with but I haven't heard from her either. My sister lives in assisted living but is on the border between assisted living and needing memory care. Since moving there, her cognitive impairments have increased. I do give the community a 5 star rating because I do see the other members who live in community completely happy and doing well.
out in the country more, open and airy and bright, piano, cottages in the same area so more active people around, 100 residents, works on a point system for care, cheaper for 2nd occupant, $3000 community fee, 2 story, very friendly, offered dinner for next visit.
We had a great tour. We love the independent living cottages and the community seems very nice. The dining menu looks good. The only negative for us might be the location. It’s the farthest away from family of those we are currently considering.

I often find myself stressing out looking for the best place for my mom when the time comes to transition her to an assisted living facility. Heritage was recommended by my neighbor whose friend lives there. I called for a tour. Noticed staff are attentive, helpful and caring to the residents. My guts tell me the residents are comfortable and feels safe.I met the administrator. She’s accommodating, personable and well informed. The physical plant of the place is super clean, homey, bright and soothing. My mom is starting to deteriorate. I highly consider this facility. I feel this would be the place who will give her the care she deserves.
very happy in my new home
After looking at more than 12 places all around the area The village at Heritage Park wins hands down. It is the best value for a luxury living facility. The main points for me were the backyard for my garden; my own garage; My own laundry room and the happy hour all of this for very competitive prices
This place is very new and very nice. I liked it because they offer a lot of care not provided at other places.
Very nice, brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath that are spacious and modern and with the option of adding meals or not. Friendly staff. My mom was very impressed with this community.
I chose this facility for myself because I liked the location. I wanted to be closer to my family. When I first moved in, it felt like it wasn’t operating at full speed. The staff members here are friendly but I think they could use some more training. The building itself is pretty well kept and clean. As for the food, they’re trying. Most of the time it’s good and they listen to what you tell them and what you don’t like. They are making some changed with the menu which will make an improvement. I would recommend this facility to other families.
New, barely open but the ambiance is lovely with lots of art and open light. Lovely dining room. Still hiring. We loved it.
We have paid our down payment and stayed in close touch with [name removed]. She has been most accomodating! We have been assigned a cottage, but the management has yet to work out it's problems with the city inspectors. We keep checking and checking but we've been given no move-in date yet. Our house is sold; our furniture is in storage; and we have no where to go.
