For anyone that has issue with memory this is a really good place for them
Even with some of the covid limitations still in place and even though when we are able to visit we are only allowed to be in the lobby we are still very happy with The Memory Spa. The staff we have met with have been great, when we bring our loved one here for the day the staff come right

For anyone that has issue with memory this is a really good place for them
Even with some of the covid limitations still in place and even though when we are able to visit we are only allowed to be in the lobby we are still very happy with The Memory Spa. The staff we have met with have been great, when we bring our loved one here for the day the staff come right up and call her by her name and give her compliments and talk about the different foods they are making for the day. She seems super happy when she comes home, and when she has a day off from The Memory Spa she is bored so we know they have to keep her pretty entertained while she is there. We really appreciate their flexibility when we do have to adjust our schedule.

THE MEMORY SPA
I would highly recommend The Memory Spa for families or caregivers that are looking for a safe and caring senior day care for their loved ones. After researching and visiting many different Orange County Senior Centers, I was directed to The Memory Spa by numerous different senior resources. They told me about the Director, [name removed] that has been in the senior care/living industry for numerous years. [name removed] has a unique business platform (Memory Spa) that he started for seniors to have optimal daily activities by a well- trained and caring staff. They take the time to find out what each member’s, strengths, needs, disabilities, and dislikes are. They assess each member as they join The Memory Spa. My mother loves the spa services, catered lunches, and programs they offer. When this pandemic hit and shut everything down, it took a toll on my mother and myself. I still had to work and saw that she did not have any meaningful activities. [name removed] did online memory activities with members that were able to attend. That is how much he cares about the members and their well-being. After a few months, they reopened under CDC guidelines and I have seen a tremendous difference in my mother’s attitude, physical and mental abilities. [name removed] has made sure all safety measures are in place to protect the members and staff. If, you want a family environment with structured programs and monitoring, I would highly recommend The Memory Spa. I urge you to setup a visit and see all The Memory Spa has to offer!

The Memory Spa
My loved one suffers from dementia. Up until COVID19, he came to The Memory Spa Monday thru Friday while I was at work. He loves the staff and the food. He enjoys being around the other members and socializing. I never knew how important this place was to him. People with cognitive loss really need the interaction of others. They provide exercises, both mental and physical, to keep him stimulated, active, and engaged. They even offer spa services. The Memory Spa is a very unique facility. They keep it very clean and modern. The entire staff is wonderful. They are so patient, kind, and helpful to their members. I can't wait for them to reopen again when it is safe to do so. I hope it's soon.

Frequently Asked Questions
about The Memory Spa

A Place for Mom has scored The Memory Spa 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
