The staff is horrible. More interested in smoke breaks than care. They pick their favorites and are harsh to the rest. Even if you provide your loved one with essentials they will do without. Things get stolen or misplaced. They have to ask for toilet paper, there are no paper towels to dry hands and no soap in dispensers to wash with. There is no air conditioning in residents room, only main area of building. They have no activities only coloring books or puzzles. No physical therapy room. Nowhere to sit outside except one small gazebo which is the smokers hangout. The food is terrible. Soup, chili many days or some cheap fare others. No condiments, only water to drink or tea or coffee if they feel generous. No ice machine. They don't care if patients eat, my loved one went an entire weekend without eating reported to me by another resident. They lost a lot of weight while they were there and didn't need to. Many residents door dash to get by. They are phony and can't imagine unsuperv

The food is good. Help with showers due my disabilities is great. Place is warm in winter, cool in summer. Best is how nice the owners and their employee daughters are to all of us.

I would recommend the Faidley House to everyone. My brother is a resident there and he is very happy. The place is spotless and has no unpleasant odors, when you enter the building. The owners and staff are very friendly, and caring. An example is the owner ([Name removed] and [name removed]) called me when he was not feeling well. so that I would be aware of this. The meals are all home cooked, with ample servings and even seconds. They get snacks at night, and [name removed] even surprises them with treats sometimes. I also like the idea that there vitals are taken daily, making sure there are no changes. The grounds around the building are kept clean, in which they can go out and walk around, or sit in the gazebo. I can't say enough about this place and I wish them the best. My brother will be a lifetime member. If you decide to send your loved one there, you will be making a great choice. I know myself, I now can sleep good at night, and I thank God everyday for sending me there.
