Not A Very Friendly Atmosphere
It was very sterile and I felt that they were not really interested in the whole person. It felt more like they were just checking their boxes for getting paid. The environment was very nice. The food was good and the rooms and things were very spacious and very clean but it just felt like

Less than impressed
Can I give less than 1 star? My mother entered Center at Centennial for broken rib rehab and left less than 14 hours later with a broken shoulder and hip which I was told was her fault because she wouldn't wait for help to go to the bathroom? I was also told if we didn't remove her personel items by noon we would be charged $[name removed] for the next day. I arrived at 11:30 due to being at the hospital for moms hip surgery and was told I need to be quick. Needless to say, less than impressed with the care she was given.

My dad was there twice. The first time was a good experience, the second was not good at all. They were having a turnover in staff and it seemed as if no one wanted to come to work anymore and just didn't care. The activities dept was on a tight budget and was cutting out all the activities the residents liked the most because they were "too expensive".

Frequently Asked Questions
about The Center at Centennial

A Place for Mom has scored The Center at Centennial 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
