Home Sweet Home is outstanding!!!! The best place I have ever seen. Staff has become family, wonderful, caring people treat my mother with love, dignity and respect. She's very very happy!!! I can't say enough positive things!!!

My beloved Mom has been here since last [date removed], and she is happy, well taken care of, and thriving. The Staff is incredible and a big shout out to [name removed] and [name removed] who run this place. God bless all of the wonderful staff as well as the seniors that live there.

The place is clean but skilled care seems to be lacking. Management is a bit dismissive of concerns

We went to A Place for Mom, which we were blown away with. We were totally lost never having done this before, and I appreciated their guidance when we needed to make a quick decision. We looked at about a dozen homes online. When I called Sweet Home, I immediately bonded with [name removed]. She and her niece, [name removed], run Sweet Home. We toured virtually, and she went through everything and introduced us to one of the patients there. We were so pleased with the tour that we decided not to look further. Their warmth came through over the phone. You're literally family there, and they treat everyone that way. There are four houses in the group, and all have been recently remodeled and looked brand new. The kitchen in our aunt's building was so nice we would have wanted one like it in our home. The home was tastefully decorated. There were no tripping hazards. Everything was very organized. The outside gardens were great. They had about 12 fir trees, and plants, and a patio with a table and chairs. They do crafts and other activities out there. On Fridays, they have two gentlemen who play guitar and sing songs come in. My aunt is tapping her foot now and singing along, and I was totally blown away by that. I had never seen her do that before. The staff is amazing. They are just so welcoming. They went through everything we needed to know with us, and shared the cost up-front. They let us know things that were add-ons and optional. They were very professional, but they made it feel like you were in their living room just having a conversation. Their office is right there in a converted garage. They give three fresh cooked meals a day, and a lot of the fruits and vegetables come from their garden. They have all sorts of varied foods. My aunt loves fish, so they're including that for her, although I think they served fish anyway. My aunt, who can be very picky, likes the food, which is really saying something. I keep coming back to the personalities of the staff and how welcoming they are. To them, you're not room whatever number. You're family. Not just the patient, but you as well. They treat her so well and make sure she's comfortable and has everything she needs. The gentleman who is there on the weekend speaks several languages, including German, which is her native language. She kept calling him "Doctor", and it turns out he was a doctor in Germany, and is so caring. I can't convey enough how much you're a part of the family to everyone there. She has a lovely room, with a window overlooking the tree-lined street and the garden. The bathrooms are clean and safe. They take precautions with sanitizers, and visitors have to check in. It's overwhelming how truly wonderful this experience has been. That was not the case with other places I called. We're so glad we chose Sweet Home, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to other families. I have complete peace of mind knowing my aunt is so well cared for here.
