This is a great place, overall compared to other communities, Sunrise is superior the others in my opinion. The higher level staff is better with the family with communication. I would recommend you be proactive in the communication with the higher level staff and they are good at responding to our questions. We toured Sunrise of Roseville and it was a good tour. The staff was very friendly and informative. I felt like our tour guide that walked us through was well informed, also.
The staff were generally doing their best with limited time and resources. I noticed that at dinnertime the care staff was always occupied, so no emergencies could occur around dinnertime. I'd also recommend saving your money and not opting for advanced levels of care because it didn't make a bit of difference in the most important factor for our situation, which was response time. We brought my loved one in to the facility because I had been spending all my time caring for her, and it didn't make a difference because I still had to keep spending time at Sunrise caring for her, since I knew she wasn't getting her basic needs met, big one was going to the bathroom. Many members of the staff were extremely kind, thoughtful, attentive caregivers. They were just stretched far too thin. I felt as though we paid the facility a huge sum of money for me to be working just as hard, and I would absolutely not recommend the facility.

Overall its a fine place but I continue to look for a better place for my mom. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss further. Food options are really not an option in the memory care floor, sometimes my mother says its uneatable. The activities don't seem to be much, parking is very bad and maintenance is lacking, sidewalks this winter have been very icy .

My loved one is very well taken care of; Sunrise of Roseville is an amazing place. The staff are wonderful and kind, my loved one is receiving great care. They're not perfect, as no place is, but they're as close to perfect as you can get. Any family would be blessed to have their loved one at Sunrise of Roseville.

We really like Sunrise of Roseville and are glad we made the change. Comparatively to the other facility my mom was at, it's more all-inclusive, and we're not nickeled and dimed for every service they provide. All of her needs are met, and they do a very good job caring for her. They do their best to manage unavoidable smells. The décor is classy and nice, and the facility is very clean. It's well maintained on the outside as well.

I toured Sunrise of Roseville twice when I was first looking for places. I really liked it, but also thought it was too feminine. The community is very quaint and cutesy. My loved one needs memory care, and that was located on the second floor here - which I didn't care for. I chose another community because during the second tour Sunrise revealed how much money they wanted for their "community fee", and it was way too much for us.

Sunrise of Roseville seemed clean and relatively cheery. But it seemed like a large building with too many residents for my loved one to feel comfortable and receive enough attention.

This has been an excellent experience for the family and my loved one. Since the referral it has been great to work with Sunrise. The staff are quick to respond to calls from the family. They are doing a good job at caring for my loved one, and their room is kept nicely. Sunrise is able to assist with medication, housekeeping, toileting, and more for my loved one. My loved one is well taken care of, and it has provided peace of mind for myself. The staff is just a phone call away for requests to be handled. Theme nights, movie nights, bingo, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in.

Sunrise of Roseville is very good at providing medication management and nursing care. The staff are very friendly and their activities offered are very minimal. If you have an active loved one they won't have a lot to do here. They are short on staff right now. The housekeeping for the apartments very rarely gets done currently. This is a smaller and more family oriented place, which is nice. You have a lot of interaction with staff. You are able to call and speak to the staff and get your answers to your questions. The shower routine and laundry could be improved to happen more frequently.

Our family had a virtual tour and it was quite effective, they had great communication. However it came down to money and if our loved one ran out of money while living here they would of had to leave.
This is a delightful place and I would recommend you look into the community for your loved one. The friendliness, the fact they allow pets, and the community is clean all stand out to me. My friend is not happy with all the meals due to allergy restrictions. The enjoyed the chicken tenders and sweet potatoes fries meal they received one night for a meal. The community is currently not doing activities due to the pandemic.

Our tour at Sunrise of Roseville was fine. It was a little bit of an older setting, although I don't think it was all that much older than other places we looked at. We had a good tour experience with [name removed]. Ultimately, our decision came down to location.

They have short staff due to covid. It seems like what they told us it would cost it is a lot more than when we originally made agreements. There have been times when my loved one pressed her call button and it took over an hour for someone to come and help my loved one. I think that my loved one feels that she has to maintain more of her care than what is being provided at the community. Medication management and trying to get all of the right supplies can be difficult. We had a care plan meeting a few weeks ago and are hoping for improvements from that but it may be to early to tell at the time.

The meals and dining service is very inconsistent - there is a real lack of attention to detail to the residents especially our loved ones dietary restrictions. They are pet friendly community, and we do like all the space they have for families to come and visit.

The staff were wonderful work with. This wasn't the right fit for my loved one. My loved one committed to the community prior to seeing it in person. They did like the fact that the community is smaller.

Sunrise was definitely our second choice, it was a beautiful facility. We really liked all of the staff members here, everyone was so friendly to us. It is a highly rated facility.
The community is kept very neat and clean and the food is really good. The staff is very friendly and we have had no complaints about the care. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience
