The staff learns the families' names and calls you by name, which is important to me. Within the first or second week, everyone working with Mama knew who I was, from administration to the housekeeping staff. That was amazing to me. When a new patient moves in, they make sure everybody on that patient's hall knows all about the resident and their family. The staff are all very friendly They've created a consistent daily schedule for my mom and really strive to put their best foot forward. Any time I ask for a list of her meds, they've provided it promptly. The facility is clean. They offer great activities geared toward their residents, and they come and ask every time if she wants to go. They have Cornhole, Bingo, Canasta, Jackpot, outings outside of the facility, etc. The people running the facility are on top of everything, so much so that I wonder how they do it. Any requests/concerns are taken care of right away. It's a very nice facility. You pay more, but you get a lot more.
