  • Disgusting

I am living here. It is disgusting with dogs defecating in the building and drunks throwing up in the building. The building has not been cleaned for over six months. The management company doesn't care how tenants are treated only that they keep them full. Everyone knows [name removed], the manager, is a liar and [name removed], the assistant manager, is to immature and has no experience. Neither should be working as a manager. Drug addicts, drunks, people that steal, and corruption is what this place is about. Everyone is trying to find another place to live.

  • So-so

SCI - A lot of apts. had a lot of air leaking in around the windows and the door in the bedroom that went out to the patio/balcony. There seemed to be no insulation in the master bedroom wall that was against the outside. There were a few pipes/sprinklers busting and flooding apts. in different locations. The carpets were not taken up nor walls replaced in some of those. Seem to have manager/maintenance leaving often. Not close to a bus. Strange, thin carpeting. BRs are big, with lots of pantry/closet room. Can be cliques among tenants. Parking not assigned, and can cause arguments. Has an elevator. Seem to avoid tenants who need caregivers or some kind of help.
