This place is the only apartment complex that has consistently had a HUGE BED BUG problem. Evidently they don't know that they have to spray adjacent apartments. And not one activity planned for the one week that seniors and disbled ought to have plans. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THE PLACE IS BED BUG INFESTED. NO MAINTANANCE AND THERE ARE NO CALLS OUTS AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE MORE MONEY MUCH LESS REPAIR A DAMN THING. ADVICE GO SPEND YOURONEY WISELY DON'T RRNT HERE.
Dirty place floors on the inside of buildings looks like there collecting dust for a senior occasion. Maintenance man never power washes anything, never repairs oven, cleans pool or changes ac filters or cleans ac. Might get a kitchen light repaired in a month if your lucky. They turn over apts so fast they are rarely properly cleaned. Nasty apts. they claim are for seniors, the ones that never complain. Who would own or run such a property? Oh that's right Dominium properties that don't care about their tenants not one bit. Sign a lease move in and they go up on the rent. Nasty place and very unethical as far as seniors or the elderly. They take advantage of the elderly big time!!!
No on-site maintenance, can't get in the back door to exercise room, dumpsters are gross and overflowing, apt. Manager never discloses anything on the lease about an addendum that states they can increase the rent whenever. That is taking advantage of elderly and the regional manager is something else. They never address the tenants rights and often after a tenant leaves the manager tries to charge the tenant one more month. Hmmmm. Where's that money going to because rarely are tenants ever refunded any of their deposit. Dominium properties are not for seniors at all. Guess apts. don't care whether someone has a working oven or not or a broken hot water heater and if a tenants air conditioner works properly at all. It's a continuous battle trying to get things repaired.
This place is one big joke. Try never fix anything until you remind the office many a time. They have 2 old lady's that literally domineer the game room and they all make up gossip about everyone they see come in their. They are very rude and inconsiderate of others feeling whatsoever and the worst part is the office manager does nothing to curtail their behavior. The lease means nothing and they claim they can increase at any time they so choose and nothing in the lease is ever enforced. It's one big joke. And all a person now has to do is make u a lie and contact the police officer on the property and you get a knock at your door just because of pure hearsay. What a joke. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
