"So pleased with there service"
Our dad was dealing with dementia (term called Sundowners, he was confused, get agitated, and sudden mood swings, he would not cooperate with anyone, cuss you out, keep asking you things over & over. This lead us to placed in a senior assisted living facility. When we first started looking for a senior Assisted Living I couldn't make up my mind to put him in a bigger facility or smaller facility. [Name removed] the nurse practitioner went to visit and assessed dad. She assured me that she would be able to provide the level of care our dad needed. My brother and I went to visit Serenity Gardens and we were pleased how clean the facility looked, no odd and how friendly her staff welcome us. In July we choose a very personable place for our dad at Serenity Gardens Assistant Living where the staff was great to dad, they were able to divert his attention in a way they could provide the level of care he needed. When it was time for Arts & Crafts and music time, he did not want to participate. The staff figured out ways to motivate dad, to join the group. He was able to sit outside on the deck go for walks which he really enjoyed, they provide balanced meals, his clothes washed and groomed him. [Names removed] provider incredible care. You would really appreciate the care the staff provides to your loved ones. So with any doubt, I say to others. Look also at a smaller senior assisting living which might fit your family love ones. I would recommend Serenity Gardens again and again and again.

Residents are benefited at Serenity Gardens Assisted Living
Oh! Serenity Gardens. The name truly blends with the Warm and Friendly Environment. Walk to the front door, and a kind smiling-face staff member is ready to welcome you!
Their accommodating-style is very pleasing, and thorough.
They are ready to assist and support with pen in hand, to note the client's need.
They have all the necessary tools. Serenity Gardens meet my expectations.

A burden lifted
I should be ashamed for waiting so long to write a review. My father, who had dementia, was being cared for at Serenity Gardens for a year before transitioning into a nursing home. In fact, he was at Serenity Gardens are recent as early March of 2019. I was appointed my father's Conservator was unprepared for the amount of work involved. My sister found Serenity Gardens and I could not have been more happy. I did not know what to expect, but from the first meeting with [name removed] and her team I knew this place would work. My father was aggressive and would become very agitated. I was so afraid he would not last there. [Name removed], however, assured my sister and I she had the experience and skill to work with my father. I can safely say she did not miss lead us. We were made to feel comfortable about the process and could call or visit anytime. But wait, it gets better. Not only did she take care of my father for a year, when it came time for the move to a nursing home [name removed] helped to make that transition smooth. I could go on and on about my experience with Serenity Gardens but I don't think there is enough space. I will end by saying, I recommend Serenity Gardens without hesitation.

A facility that looks more like a mansion
I took a tour here. The building is more upscale all around. It looks like a high end mansion, not a facility. The lobby was very grand and large, the staff and the owner were very professional, and the owner was a doctor so that made me feel like he knew about the type of care the residents needed. The dining room was big and had nice furniture, it looked very adequate. Overall, it’s just a beautiful place but it wasn’t the right fit for my wife.

Excellent facility. Very clean, family oriented, home away from home atmosphere. I liked their monitoring vigilance, in-depth activity with outside groups, attention to resident needs, networking with all provide to decrease dad's back and forth to appointments, labs, pharmacy. More than anything else my siblings that live out of area was able to see and interact with dad through their Skype networking. When dad passed away they assisted with everything they even had a bereavement counselor who worked with me. That for me was touching. I have friends that has their loved ones in other assisted living especially the larger established ones and they were amazed that a facility such as this one exist. thank you Serenity Gardens and your wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff.

Serenity Gardens Assisted Living, Excellent facility
My dad was with Serenity Gardens Assisted living for 1 1/2 years. During his stay he was well cared for. The manager who is a Nurse Practitioner is well verse on long term and chronic disease conditions. The staff is proficient, friendly, courteous, exhibits a great deal of patience. They are totally understanding of the residents cognition, plans their activities according to the residents cognition. Has Doctors visit in house.
I visited during and after visiting hours and went in unannounced. No surprise, everything was the same. The facility is tranquil. I liked their Skype technology where I was able to see and interact via Computer with dad when I was out of town.
House is modern, rooms are spacious, meals were well done. Loved this facility,
