I live there. The wild turkeys are a problem. There were 3 and now there are 20+ and growing every year. They transport ticks through the park. The rent goes up every year. Forcing many to move. A $50.00 jump last year alone. This year up another $10 The lot fee is $482.00 a month and this is a senior citizen park (+55) with fixed incomes. However it does include water. No lawn service. Includes snow removal but the service is terrible. The park floods when we have a big rain. There are lots of vacant homes and empty lots. They do not allow a small companion pet. Grandchildren are not allowed in the pool area, even with a resident. THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE!

The lot rent is reasonable and includes water. It is close to everyday shopping needs. Homes and yards appear neat and appealing.
