Of the five facilities I looked at before I decided on Ridgeland Place, this was the best value and the facility I was most comfortable with. The staff is great and attentive, and communication is always maintained.

The cleanliness is real good. The food is horrible. The food needs to improve. The people are so nice, and we play games all the time. The value for the money is real good. I picked this community, because I did not like the previous place where I lived. I feel safe here, because it’s enclosed. I would recommend to other families. They go all out for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We chose Ridgeland Place because it was the best value for the money out of the places that we were looking at. What I liked most was the fact that they also offer memory care meaning that she is able to transition into a higher level of care if she declines. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

Right away we thought Ridgeland Place had a very friendly atmosphere, it is very clean and there are no fowl odors at all. The value for the money is excellent and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Ridgeland Place is a great place. My father-in-law was there 2 years ago and it felt like coming back home to us (with improvements and updates). Coming out of Covid it's a bit different, but as far as them taking care of the residents, they're fine. We would recommend them!

My mom broke her back in [date removed], which lead to finding out she had cancer, in multiple organs and Ischemic dementia do to a stroke. She needed help. Even though there will never be a replacement for your own home. Ridgeland place became her home. They allow cameras so I see everything. What I see is love, tenderness, and compassion. [name removed] the new administrator has really made some positive changes in care as well. Her open door policy is so helpful. She not only bring a nursing perspective coupled with her degrees and experience in nursing home administration. During her busy day she finds time to visit the residents and even paint their nails . She knows them all personally. Ridgeland place and the care team have become extended family , [names removed] just to name a few .

I really liked the staff at this community and they showed a lot of concern. The community itself seemed a little older and like it could use some updates. This community was very comparable there was just another community that stood out more. The tour guide knew the residents and they hugged her and knew her and you could tell that she was involved.

They were very friendly, but almost too friendly. The lady giving tour seemed like she was trying too hard. Ultimately my loved one didn't like it here.

Overall the staff looks happy. The regular weekly staff is happy, but the weekend staff seems to be new or less skilled. It seems like any issues and breakdowns in communication we've had tend to happen on weekends and holidays. In memory care, the double rooms are not too good. The way they're structured, one person has a room with the bathroom, and the other person has to come into their room to use the bathroom, which causes conflict. We're on a waiting list for a single, which looks much better. I like the person in charge of the activities. She's a great communication contact. And there are a lot of positive people. But we're still adjusting and deciding. It's hard to tell with Covid - many of our issues have been during lockdown periods.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us.
We did a virtual tour with the community. The tour was ok, I don't really like virtual tours. It was informative but didn't fit our needs.
Our loved one really enjoys the meals they cook for everybody, he talks about them all the time. He is so pleased with everything at the Ridgeland Place, he does not want to be anywhere else. Our loved one is just so ecstatic about being there, he absolutely loves it. The rooms at the community would also be a five out of five.

Not impressed at all. Very overpriced for the services provided. Staff is unfriendly and management never addresses problems. Place is run down, dirty and depressing. Food is not good and activities are nothing residents would enjoy. Housekeeping is extremely minimal. Can’t say anything good about this place.
