Very clean, friendly and ready to answer any questions, no pressure to buy into. Have only 6 units left at present time. Good color scheme through out the facility. One bad thing, the lowest priced apt overlooked the roof in back. Also, I think that some parts of the roof looked like it had spots of mold that should be pressure washed. Price is $3450, 1 bdrm , I did like it, but feel it is too far out from my doctors and hospital (about 20 min).Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
We chose this community because it was newer and they also provided a garage. It looked like the residents were younger, but since we moved in, the residents are much older and incapacitated than we would have liked. Our favorite part about the community is not having to pay a lot of bills or worry about the lawn. The room sizes are also very nice.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
We've lived here for 6 weeks and love it. The people are so friendly that if you don't say Hi or Hello or some kind of acknowledgement they give you a frown. The building is spotless. Activities going on all day long. Excellent food. Apartments cleaned once a week. They take you for appointments or shopping, just ask. Large theater for movies, concerts, church services and other entertainment. All utilities included including the housecleaning. Couldn't ask for more. And best of all: ice cream 24 hours a day.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
