BAD PLACE FOR THE SENIORS

This is not a place for your love one. The summer is coming and the forth floor has no a/c. This has been going on for three or four weeks now. The hallway is extremely long and there is only two elevators. So why do you have individuals on walkers or wheelchairs on the forth floor when the only other way out is the stairwell. This place isn't good for anyone but more so for a senior citizen.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!

First Of All, Avoid This Place, Even Though They Are Remodeling These Apartments, Pipes Have Broke. Because People Flush Items Down The Toilet And They Turn Off The Water To Fix The Problem, Other Residence Who Live There Are In Your Business And If You Need To Talk To The Manager, Not Happening, I Have Tried On Several Occasions To Talk To The Manager, But To Get To Her You Have To Go Through The Assistant Manager, But Every Time I Was Told She's Busy, And There Also A Female Resident Who Lives There, I Have Seen Her Sitting At The Assistant Manager's Desk When The Assistant Manager Is The Restroom.

Do Not Even Bother!

The office staff is proficient and professional as well as friendly. The day I moved they had not cleaned the unit. The tile had cracks and needed to be replaced. The carpet had not been shampooed. One bathroom toilet looked like a public toilet. The unit has some stale odor. The appliances are old and so are the fixtures. I guess they are either 55 years old or disabled like the residents. The laundry room is a money trap! The hallway is as hot as a cow's breath. Not to mention there was a roach in the refrigerator. Needless to say...I will be breaking this lease and moving in less than a month. The unit is not worth the amount of rent. Oh yeah...the train whistle blowing late at night and the sirens. The only thing is that mobility is easier for my daughter who can use her wheelchair and the elevator. I don't hear loud kids like my former apartment. I hate it here. Do not bother...not worth the amount of rent you pay!
