A disgrace

Went to visit my cousin who was sent here from the hospital. We were desperate but not this desperate, I cannot understand how people live like this all on top of another. A man had a full diaper in the tv room and no one seemed to care, the smell was disgusting no one around. We walked right in found her room more like a closet and another odor of urine, the place is just too small for people to live in . We are going to get her out. The resident told me the owner is never here just one person. Another resident said she lives there. If she does she has no sense of smell or something is wrong.
