The place was great. Very light and bright. I looked at three rooms and one of them would work. It is a smaller community similar to the one she lives in however night and day from ocean villa. I spoke to [Name removed] and if she will consider the change I have to give them a check otherwise the room I picked out will be gone.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The room shown was very nice, with a western view on the 3rd floor. This facility seems to have all one would desire in an assisted care facility, but comes with a large monthly price.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
The facility seemed a bit older in appearances. The model room wasn't 100% clean. There were stains in the shower. This gave me pause. Most residents had their doors open - providing direct viewing of them in their beds and direct viewing of their bathroom. This made it feel more like skilled nursing or a hospital than the other facilities we visited. There were a lot of stairs in the buidlings and around the property. This seemed odd for an elder-care facility. Parking was limited. The nicest feature was "the terrace" which offers a level of care between assisted living and memory care.

Although we are grateful for your feedback, we believe this review may be intended for a different senior living community. Our building is brand new and we have no stairs in the common areas of the building. Additionally, we do not offer a level of care called “The Terrace”, but another nearby community does. Sincerely, Rosa Ayala Executive Director
