We would have liked this community but it was hard to move my loved one to a different area. We were in a rushed situation and had to make a quick decision for our loved one. We also had a strict budget that we had to stick to.
I would not recommend this community to others. There is a lot of staff turn over and they did not watch residence that we fall risks. we had issues with honesty from the staff. The communication was not good and they did not return calls and made without communication
My experience with the dementia ward overall has been good. The price you cannot beat. Right now the cost for dementia care is outrageous, and Noble does well with it. I found it very affordable, and I was pleased with the fixed price. I would recommend it to people who need to watch their budget for sure. The dementia ward looks more like a hospital, which is understandable to keep them safe. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they've taken good care of my loved one.
Due to the covid restrictions we are not able to get inside the community but the outside is very clean. The problem we are facing is when our loved one moved in, their health started to decline and now they are needing more long term care. From our experience we believe they do not have the staff to show that individual care, there could be six residents and only one nurse. However there are residents there that can do things on their own, and from speaking with them they seem very happy and have no complaints.
