We have not eaten a meal their ourselves yet, but the feedback we get from our loved one is that she enjoys them. The activities are starting to open back up, they are not letting in outside visitors. There are other communities in the area that are more expensive, but our loved one here gets the care she is supposed to get, the staff do what they are supposed to do. If we have any questions or issues we can email or call and we get answers, they are very responsive. This community focuses on memory care which we like. The dining rooms is on their own floors so they don't have to use any stairs or elevators. The aids will come and get the residents for meals to make sure they are eating on time. It is just a very safe place.... Read more

We had a nice tour experience with MorningView. They had a new person who was in charge and she was absolutely wonderful. The facility itself though is very old and needed some major updates which is why we did not go with them.
I liked Morningview. I really liked the people, but not the area it was located in. They also didn’t have any single rooms unless you paid double.

When we showed up for our tour to Morningview it was a little frustrating because they were not expecting me/I was not on the schedule. It was also unclear of which door to go in so we were standing outside in the freezing cold. But once we got inside and got the tour things were great.
The home is in the renovated 125 year old Singer Building. It provides a unique experience. The outside doors have keypad locks. They have a doctor, dentist, and other specialists that make calls at the home. This will reduce the number of medical trips needed. Each room is furnished by the patient so they are surrounded by familiar objects. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the patients. Morningview has a common room and a dining are on each of 3 floors. dining area

The Morningview facility appeared well maintained, clean and a safe environment. The assisted care levels of care were well located throughout the three story building. [Name removed](marketing)provided a thorough tour of the facility. He exhibited a genuine interest in the residents, staff and Morningview's dedication to assisted living. His professionalism and sincerity was much appreciated.

I am a care giver. My client has been here about a month. With in less than 24 hours we caught a staff screaming in my clients face. The food arrives late often and is always ice cold to the touch. The meat is tough and hard to chew. There is not enough staff to care for the number of clients and what staff there is, are generally sitting around doing nothing or can’t be found. We have to take my clients cloths home and wash them, even though they are suppose to do her laundry because she is always running out of cloths and she only wears an outfit a day. Patients are left in attended. They eat and drink after one another. The good staff they do have is over worked.
