My parents reside here & have for over 5 yrs. In speaking w/ them recently they were concerned about an appliance in their apartment & its performance. They phoned the office, & with the help of [name removed] & [name removed] in the ofc. & the Maintenance dept….they are receiving a new refrigerator!!….as a daughter who lives long distance this is so comforting . The response they were given is quite appreciated. Thanks!! Rose W.

Ever since I moved in, Assistant Manager [name removed] has been asking me to submit a review, so I think I will. I have been a resident for approximately fifteen months and I have noticed the complex slipping in quality since I moved in. Maybe that is why so many people are moving out, five vacancies in my unit so far.Well I don't really use their community services like the others here, so I can't give a review but I can tell you from what I had to deal with within the last few months makes me disgusted. First of all, the Manager [name removed] does not have the skills to run this complex, she is not receptive to the needs of the community, will not try to negotiate whatsoever, storm trooper tactics. Let me explain further. I recently had a minor infestation problem in my unit "bed bugs" which I attribute to the many "hoarder" tenants. I notified [name removed] on a Sunday, he scheduled Terminix to inspect the unit. Tuesday Terminix arrived, advised me that the process would be performed on Saturday, six days being bitten, had to have my wife sleep in the sofa and I slept on the dining room table. Terminix arrived on Saturday a did a really poor job forcing me to pay to complete it properly on my own. While Terminix was in my unit, the employee "ripped up" a brand new sofa. I notified the office and got the runaround from [name removed]. I try to negotiate with little or no results so I deducted the $300.00 for damage to my sofa and costs off my rent to force cooperation, [name removed] Issues a THREE DAY NOTICE. Three weeks I have been trying to resolve this problem, now it's going to the courts. In addition, they want me to pay $450.00 for the privilege of being eaten by blood sucking insects for six days, my brand new sofa destroyed, being blown off by management, a three day notice issued, courts again (Implied Warranty of Habitability". Found a big hole behind my stove, my cats alerted me that a mouse was coming from there, checked the stove, big hole, three requests to patch it. Another issue is lack of security, the homeless rule these complexes, I caught one breaking and sleeping in one of the numerous vacant units, police really do nothing. If you live on the first floor, your most vulnerable. Trash used to be picked up regularly, now over flowing which attracts more homeless. Maintenance is slow and you have to make numerous requests. In closing, If you complain, your marked. Live with your problems, bugs, mice, whatever but don't expect any cooperation from the office. I will be moving soon, might even break my lease because of the nonsense. Unless you have a high tolerance for nonsense, avoid living here. NOTE: I have all my documentation to back up my review,
