I’m glad to be home

I live here currently and I really like it. It is income restricted, every unit is on the first floor, and there are about 75 units per section with 2 sections to the facility. Both sections have club houses and you can go on Tuesdays and Thursdays to play cards, they’ve started an exercise program, and there are tons of other activities for the community to do. The units are made of bricks and very well insulated so my electric bills are very low. The only thing that bugs me, and I understand why they do it, is every 3 months they come in and inspect everything to make sure everything is working okay. I know they want to keep the property in good shape though, so I understand. They don’t serve food here, you buy and cook your own food, but they have a full kitchen. Because of safety reasons, you can’t put anything in front of the window so you have to rearrange the furniture a bit around the window to fit that requirement. Besides those 2 things, I really enjoy being here... Read more
