The only complaints we had came down to understaffing. They took forever to answer the phone and door when we came to visit or called. Nurses did not always do what they promised as far as care, which was disappointing. \nMy loved one complained about the food, but that is one of those things she complained about no matter where she was so not sure if it was really bad or not. It was not always warm and not a lot of variety. There were a lot of activities.
