I stayed short term at Lutheran Life Villages Pine Valley, Fort Wayne, IN. I would give this center a zero if possible. Do not send a love one here if they have food allergies or special dietary needs. I do not eat pork they knew this on initial interview. Even after complaining about being served pork after the third time they continued to ignore me and served me pork a total of 7 times in a 12 day stay. I was unable to take care of myself the first night of getting out of the hospital and they did not respond to a nurse call button causing me to wet my bed. Instead of changing my sheets they just placed a pad over the wet spot. I was there a total of 12 days and not once did they change my sheets or bedding. Another patient was taken away in an ambulance the personnel said she threw herself on the floor which I find hard to believe. I do not recommend this place.
