For instance, when she thought she locked herself up they came right up. They come up and help her out. It's independent living.

Roaches all over stray cats all over Loud caregivers
I moved in November, 2018. I the first week I was here I saw roaches in my apartment and roaches in the trash compactor on the first floor. To many stray cats, the tenants feed the cats, so they live there now around the building waiting to be feed. Very noisy the floors squeak the caregivers are loud when cleaning. The one above me stomping from room to room. The apartment is small so I don’t understand why she stomps and run everyday for 6 hours.
They need to shutdown the trash compactor and buy those bombers to get rid of the roach infested building. Pay for insect company to come out as well. I was cooking and a roach cane out on the kitchen counter then another roach was climbing on the kitchen wall. I’m not happy with this at all.

Dear Denise, I fell bad that you have had such a bad experience living at Lifestyles. I can tell you we did not have roaches for 17 years and our building was always clean. Unfortunately when we lease to new tenants sometimes they will bring roaches with them. And that is common for all apartment complexes. I think that is what happened when you moved in and it was a bad experience for you all around, Sorry. We have had the situation under control with our exterminators. We continue to spray/bomb apartment when needed and when people move out. As far as the stray cats go, we do tell the residents not to feed the stray cats and they will go away. It has been less of a problem lately because most of the cat feeders have moved. I hoped where ever you moved you found happiness!

Looks good but beware...
Too many smokers. Cannot enjoy the balcony or patio areas. Animals and their associated smells because the elderly who don't get out use poop pads and the apartment doors have very large gaps at the base. Some apartments I visit, have brown walls and are so filthy even with supposed required inspections by staff. Stained carpets and burn holes in carpets in many apartments. This includes ones that they rent as being newly re-carpeted. Do not have an issue with maintenance on the weekends or after hours because nobody will come. They do not even answer or respond to the phone number that they give as an emergency. Appliances are old and cheap. Many complaints of breakdowns and the maintenance staff just replace with another "repaired" unit which often gets replaced within a week or two by another "repaired" unit. Several apartments have "family caregivers" living with their parent. They also have the caregiver's unemployed child, who are 25-35 years old living there many years. Management allows it. They have their gang member friends hang around too. Cars get broken into. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. All sorts at all hours walking throughout facility. If you think that living near to a Walmart and a Walgreens is your idea of Exquisite living then by all means move here. We left after 2 years.

Too Many Cats
The 5 is totally based on the administrator. She is really nice. If she wasn't there it would be terrible. I don't like that it all depends on this one person.
There are too many animals. Too many stray cats. Trash, trash, too much trash!
