This is a house, which I don't think would be best for my sister. No tour.

I can tell you first hand to keep loved ones clear of this company. As stated in another review the tours are staged and things are never what they appear to be. Do your research people. If these are truly "loved ones" that u are looking to place, keep looking. Very expensive and a ridiculous lack of care for these folks. Or better yet, dont schedule a tour just stop in unannounced and see for yourself.

This review is for the company as a whole. This company has a great idea, but I would never put any of my loved ones in this place. It really feels like a home unless you know their true colors. They lie, the tours are staged and aren't what you would see daily in these homes. The activity calendars are just for show, they are never followed because the company doesn't provide the materials needed to complete the activities. Also, the meal plans aren't followed because the food your money goes to isn't provided. The residents go without medications because they aren't ordered on time, which is absolutely unacceptable. The employees are under-appreciated which can lead to a less friendly work environment. Some of the administrators are great and not involved in any of this, but the rest, including the director, are very shady. Save yourself from the lies and don't fall for the show they put on at this place.
