If you want a reliable service, even with the owner filling in if needed, Hope of Solace is the agency for you. They require a minimum of 20 hours a week. They provided bathing and light meal prep for us. We varied from 15 hours a day to 4 hours a day over the course of a couple months time. The caregivers where caring, thoughtful people. Don't Use Hope of Solace!

Definitely do not use. They are completely unreliable and take your money upfront. The staff would "forget" to come and some just didn't show up. It was always an excuse. The office was supposed to tell me when they didn't have someone coming. I would have to call them to find out why I didn't have any staff here. Even the forms were unprofessional. They had no title or heading. It was random things copied on a piece of 8.5 x 11 inch paper. The one staff in the office was trying but the owner was horrible. Just not a good company at all.
