  • Two Sides to Every Story

    For Teresa of January 2018, we need to point out that she was advised the caregiver who was booked unfortunately had a car accident and was no longer available. We advised we would cover the cost of an Uber or taxi. [Name removed], on her own, booked a limo. She advised us the cost was over $200 for her 11km trip. We advised we wanted to see a copy of the bill which was never delivered to us. As for overcharging for hours. She booked a caregiver from 4pm to 10pm and the hospital didn't released her until 6pm. She is still responsible for those two hours our caregiver was there waiting for her. As for the 10 day delay, that is because [name removed] contacted our Head Office who offered to pay back the money for the negative post. We refused as she ordered a 6 hour service and on her own took a $200 limo that we only agreed to cover a taxi or Uber and she did not produce any evidence of this cost either.

He can be a hard sell but I was hoping that since they have been around him over a period of time they could learn to work with him. The Caregivers are very professional, but he likes card games and word challenges, and I am not sure the Caregivers know how to provide these options.
