Homewatch Caregivers is a licensed home care services agency serving Western New York, primarily Erie and Niagara counties. We offer personal care, nursing care, and companion services: such as, bathing, dressing, transfers, meal preparation, medication supervision, housekeeping, laundry, travel to appointments, and shopping. All of our staff are trained and pass a series of background checks. We can provide services as little as three hours per day to 24 hours per day. All cases are supervised by a registered nurse who also conducts quality assurance reviews on a regular basis. References are available upon request.
Pathways to Memory®
Pathways to Memory™ is a memory enhancing program targeted to restore cognitive abilities, skills, and independence for those with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory impairing illnesses. We work one-on-one with each client for six hours per week, over a 12 week period, directly in their homes. We encourage involvement of families. Pathways has positively impacted the lives of our clients and their families. Documented results show improvement in cognitive abilities from 23-57%. Our Pathways partners are trained and qualified prior to serving our clients, undergoing over 20 hours of individualized training.

We provide a comprehensive range of personal monitoring options to help them continue to live in their own homes-maintaining their independence and quality of life. Lifeline systems put you in touch instantly with specially trained, caring people to assist you whenever help is needed. The 6800XT personal response system and the MD2 personal medication system are the leaders in technology in this field. The MD2 provides automatic, accurate and monitored physical dispensing of scheduled medications –right at home.
