Excellent solution to improve quality of life!
I have nothing but positive things to say! This service has greatly improved my grandmother’s quality of life and has given our family peace of mind knowing that she is safe and well taken care of. The home is beautiful, extremely well taken care of (inside and out) and located in a quiet and quaint community. My grandmother is able to live her daily life on her own schedule and has really shown improvement physically and mentally with this assistance and flexibility. She is in a phase of life where a nursing home is not right for her, but she does need assistance and it’s helpful to have eyes on her when our family can’t be there. The staff is great and this has been such an excellent experience, I would highly recommend this solution.

Home Instead has created a way to receive 24-hour care in a single-family home at less than half the cost of our traditional home care. We call it “Share Care” and for some clients, it’s the perfect solution. With our Caregiver to resident ratio of 3:1 or 4:1, our assisted living facility is very different from a traditional “group home.” Our Caregivers engage with our residents at a level no other facility in the area can match.
Our care is provided by screened, bonded, trained, and specially selected Home Instead Caregivers. At least one Caregiver is in the home at all times. Caregivers on duty never sleep in the home.
Home Instead Vicksburg is licensed by the State of Ohio as an R-2 residential care facility and can accommodate up to 4 residents.

•Our 2,300 square foot home is spacious and bright. The family room and 3-season room provide ample space for residents to enjoy music, games, crafts, puzzles and their favorite TV shows
•Room/Board includes all meals, snacks, beverages, utilities, cable, phone and wireless internet. Transportation to appointments is available as an add-on service
•24-Hour care including third shift hands-on care

The folks at Home Instead have proven to offer a great user experience to my mother. She flourishes in their watch and care. The staff is responsive and respectful of my concerns, in a professional manner, balanced always with the needs and interests of my mother. Mom is truly happy at the home. Exceptional Service and Quality of Life
The Vicksburg Home caters to the lifestyle our mother is accustomed to. Her transition to 24/7 assistance was made seamless, leaving little to complain about or wish for. No more worries about her making medication hick-ups, and her diet has improved to where her doctor has eliminated multiple meds (needed to compensate for her previous bad diet). The home is so very cozy.
But, the Home Instead staff is the true reason that the Vicksburg home is so successful! [name removed] , [name removed] and [name removed] are dedicated to making [name removed] later years full of joy!!
