Our experience with Holy Cross Village
We were sometimes not happy with their Covid protocol. They did not require quarantining of residents re-entering the community. Sometimes they would follow protocol and other times would not. They did have some Covid breakouts, and they reassigned resident rooms accordingly to separate healthy residents from the ones who were sick. We found the one bredroom rooms are really small. Also the increases for different levels of care were astronomical. We were really impressed with the social worker that was there. But our move out experience was not smooth.
