One of the co owners, I think his name is [Name removed] is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. I was so kindly talking to this man about pricing and after a minute of discussion he was yelling at me saying I had overstepped my boundaries and at one point started saying I was the one who was rude. After that I grabbed my things and left the trim in tears. About 1 week later I moved my husband the next day as I felt the workers and his family would not give my husband the care he needed due to this absurd event. I feel this man should be fired and I hope he is never allowed to deal with customer service ever again.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
