Hands to Lend Assisted Living Facility, is the worst assisted living facility. [removed]. She [treats] her patients or her residents in a poor manner. Her employees are the worst. Her caregivers, nurses, and staff are the worst, they are not trained, [removed], do not pay attention to their residents and staff, and Tricia is never around to monitor her staff. [removed] Stay away from this assisted living or group home you will be wasting your money. Please listen to me, for I do not want anyone to go through what my family member went through.

Beautiful home, sensitive caregivers. This was like our own home. Highly recommended if you don't want the neglect that occurs in nursing home. We couldn't have made a better choice!
