Things were good...
My father was at the GoldenCrest for a short period of time for respite care. During his stay things went well. The place, as well as the room he was in, were kept clean and organized. Everyone was friendly. No complaints.

Understaffed
Understaffed. My father is a current resident. This will be the first in a series of reviews. I will start by saying they are understaffed. For 20 to 25 residents, they have 3 cna’s, which includes the Med tech. The ED, maintenance man and front door person during the day shift are also cna’s. And although this seems like a lot, it is not. More to come as time goes on.

Care for the patient
My first experience at Golden Crest Morrow. The tour went okay however when I place my family member in their care it was terrible terrible !!!!! I had to remove my family member because they forgot to give he/she there daily medication.because of this they were reported to the State. the director need to care about the patient and not about the money and she need to learn how to talk to the patient!!! she need a lot of training .also she need to hire more experience people.finally Don’t Put your family member in this place.

Nice Experience, Tour Was Good
I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community looked good, everything appeared to clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and they answered my questions. Everything went well overall, but I did find another community that met our needs better.

Main Priority is Care, It's a 5
My daughter is getting better care and they staff are understanding and friendly. The interaction is great from the staff. All the rooms are private, a little smaller, very nice, and has windows outside the room to hang pictures. It helps keeping down injuries because not enough room to a whole of moving around. She has actives to get involved with in and out. The community is pleasant and well lit. The meals are delicious however all the residents eat the same meal at meal time. They have small options to change the meal. They take considerable time making a good nourished meal. Since they will be increasing the rent in February they should add a menu with simple meal options for the residents.

A Lovely Community
I really liked this community, and I enjoyed my tour. Everybody was kind and friendly. From what I saw everything looked well-kept. It is a very lovely community, but it was just a little to much for my mother. I felt she would feel overwhelmed. It was very nice tour, this is a good community.

A wonderful place
My husband is a resident and I could not be more pleased with the care he receives. Beautiful place and immaculate. The director Janet Agnew is a hands on person. She is totally involved in the care of the residents. The staff is great. They are kind and caring. God Bless them for the wonderful job they do.
