The owner, [Removed], is very rude and uncaring. The residents sit in the living room all day, either sleeping or watching t.v. all day. I have visited my friend on every day of the week at all different times and there has never been an activity going on. When I asked [Removed] if they ever did activities, she said “If they are able.” She kept repeating this answer when I asked if they were ever done.
