My Mother was in Assisted Living (AL) for [time frame removed]. There were a few issues while in AL but our family picked up the pieces. Clothing lost in the laundry and the room was not cleaned. I started doing my Mom's laundry to avoid stress for my Mother . In May she was moved to the Nursing Home side at Wolf Creek. We have had nothing but problems since moving. Staff not showering my mother. The aides not dressing my Mom properly or taking her to the bathroom. The aides on the 2nd floor are not friendly and are rude to me and my sisters if we ask for help. The aides from an outside agency have been very nice to my Mom and my sisters and myself. At first I thought they did not have adequate staffing. I now feel there is enough staff but the aides do not want to work. I suspect they are burn out. This is not a good facility if your family member needs memory care or requires a lot of assistance. We are very disappointed.
