I feel safe and content knowing that Family Ties Home Care is taking care of my parents. My parents can stay in their own home where they are comfortable and at ease. Family Ties has the most caring, kind-hearted and attentive staff who are knowledgeable and experienced. They are also very easy to get in touch with and quickly answer all questions and concerns. Caregivers are wonderful & caring it’s a blessing to have them to help with my friend’s daily needs! I liked that there’s client portal that I can login daily to check the status or comment any issues.

Although we do not need their services anymore, we would choose them again in an heartbeat. For the short period of time we used them the owners - married couple [name removed] and [name removed] were so attentive and compassionate. They sent us a young lady who really could not of worked out better for our situation. Their billing system was reasonable and there was always someone their to answer questions. 100% reliable
