My mother was in Fairmont Care for 6 months. Fairmont is very skilled Nursing Facility. My family is very pleased with care they received in Fairmont Care, Friendly staff is always around to make sure that is every one is safe. Residents having different kind of activity, Fairmont Care accepting a variety of insurance. Good place to be.

Fairmont Care
My father had a second stay here after open heart surgery in May. He stayed about 2 weeks and had therapy daily. The staff was attentive and caring particularly [names removed]. His nurses also looked after him. He did have a huge wound from the surgery, and the wound care team checked him daily. [Name removed], the administrator, feels like a family friend now. His room was as nice as a hotel and very quiet and peaceful. I am so grateful for the care he received and the support that the whole team provided to my family.

They Claim to be working on things BUT
Mom was there for two monthes.
To many basic needs issues!!! Every place will have issues but we had too many...everyday. One late night after mom was approved to walk to the bathroom with escort (not assistance) the CNA, after the help button was pressed for an hour, came in with attitude, said I don't have time for this, stripped off her bottoms and pull ups, stuff a bedpan under her, came back a half hour later, took out the bedpan, did not dress her bottom half and left. OMG.
Basic hygiene is not a priority as in every other nursing home. On a scheduled day for a shower, we inquired first thing in the morning as a reminder. Then three other times. then at four pm we said tell us right now when. they said oh that person went home for the day. The next morning we started at 7am inquiring. Stating it is not scheduled, it was miss yesterday, we are not requesting we are stating it must be done. At 3pm mom said to the nurse, can I please, at least get my hair washed it's been a week. the nurse closed her computer, locked her drug cabinet(cart), took her to a big bathroom, did her hair and bathed her. it took less than 20 minutes. She was grateful!
You don't even get water everyday like in EVERY other hospital and nursing home!!!
These are just three examples of true testimonial. Mom has many. Each of mom's three kids who were there 24/7 each have dozens of stories.
Of coarse there are many commendable people in each field and they fed us all well every day. Therapy staff is ALL excellent.

My family and I had a great experience with the staff at Fairmont. my father came to the facility with a wound from the hospital and they healed him. Fairmont also has a hotel like ambiance which helped my father relax during his stay.

My grandmother suffered a stoke and spent a few weeks at Fairmont Care. The nurses took excellent care of her and the therapists cheered her on, she almost back to normal. We appreciate the care and healing.

My grandmother lived here for over 3 years. The nursing staff were so attentive to he r every want and need. The food was exceptional and the environment was kept imecably clean. I must also compliment the management team - whenever there was a small issue or complaint, they would address it promptly and always have a quick resolution. I would highly recommend Fairmont Care and the quality services they provide.

Great Job Fairmont!!!
My father spent two months at Fairmont after a heart attack and a fall with a fracture. The therapy was outstanding and got him back on his feet. He walks without a walker now. The nurses also showed him compassion and kindness. The building is beautiful, but more importantly, the staff cared for our entire family through this ordeal and I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Fairmont.

Perfect place for Dementia patients
I would recommend Fairmont Care Center for anyone in need of therapy. My father suffers from Dementia and was sent to the Hospital. His illness left him un able to walk and do basic everyday needs. Fairmont Care was able to provide daily therapy and in less than a month got my father to stand, walk , and Talk. Thank you Fairmont Care for everything you did.
