Endeavor Connections is a member of The Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), The Arizona In-Home Care Association (AZNHA), and has been winning awards year after year. We train using the Endeavor Training Institute that instills empathy and compassion into its medical training procedures. Personal and Care Services
We are proud to be able to provide many services to our clients. When it comes to senior home care, there are different categories of care we are able to offer you and your loved one. We can provide engaging conversations and companionship, outdoor activities, collaborative menu planning, some gardening, or light shopping and errands. We can also provide Personal Care, which consists of more complete house cleaning and meal preparation, as well as laundry and ironing.

There are at least 19 general hospitals in the area that can serve our clients in case of any emergency needs that may arrive. One of the highest-rated hospitals in both the city and state is the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, located within a short drive of our service area.
Care Types Offered
Endeavor Connections provides Home Health Care services, which in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
The state of Arizona does not require specific certifications for Home Health Aides (HHAs). It instead oversees the home health care agencies who hire and train HHAs on behalf of clients and patients.
To work for a home health agency that is Medicare-certified, HHAs must meet federal training requirements. The minimum requirements are:
- A training program completion of at least 75 hours relating to home health
- At least 16 hours of supervised practical or clinical training
- Passing a home health skills competency evaluation
Home health aides work under the supervision of a nurse or physician and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
