Endeavor Connections is a member of The Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), The Arizona In-Home Care Association (AZNHA), and has been winning awards year after year. We train using the Endeavor Training Institute that instills empathy and compassion into its medical training procedures. This means we will take as much time as needed to assist you through your tasks or adopt your preferred methods of housekeeping in an effort to help you maintain that balance. Endeavor aims to allow our clients to remain in their homes and provide care that makes that option not only possible, but comfortable.

Personal and Care Services

We are proud to be able to provide many services to our clients. When it comes to senior home care, there are different categories of care we are able to offer you and your loved one. We can provide engaging conversations and companionship, outdoor activities, collaborative menu planning, some gardening, or light shopping and errands. We can also provide Personal Care, which consists of more complete house cleaning and meal preparation, as well as laundry and ironing.

Our staff has an average of 10 years experience and are all certified as:

  • CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants)
  • HHAs (Home Health Aides)
  • RNs (Registered Nurses)
  • EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians)
  • Dementia Caregivers and Family Coaches

There are at least 19 general hospitals in the area that can serve our clients in case of any emergency needs that may arrive. One of the highest-rated hospitals in both the city and state is the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, located within a short drive of our service area.

Care Types Offered

Endeavor Connections provides Home Health Care services, which in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

The state of Arizona does not require specific certifications for Home Health Aides (HHAs). It instead oversees the home health care agencies who hire and train HHAs on behalf of clients and patients.

To work for a home health agency that is Medicare-certified, HHAs must meet federal training requirements. The minimum requirements are:

  • A training program completion of at least 75 hours relating to home health
  • At least 16 hours of supervised practical or clinical training
  • Passing a home health skills competency evaluation

Home health aides work under the supervision of a nurse or physician and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Additionally, we offer directed care such as grooming and bathing services, transportation assistance, and medicine reminders. Services provided by Endeavor Connections include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Hospice Care
  • Dementia Care
  • Joint Replacement Care

  • Probably short-handed

When out caregiver quit to move on to a better opportunity, we didn't find out about it until a few days later - from the caregiver, who stopped by to check up on my mom. Since we had scheduled a caregiver for the next day, I called the office to ask about the situation and was told they had another person they were going to send. I was surprised and asked why, after going to all the trouble to introduce us to our first caregiver and verifying that the personalities were a good fit, they were planning on sending someone new without an introduction or even a notification. They didn't have an answer for that, so perhaps it is SOP in the industry, however I was unhappy with it and we decided to put off having a new caretaker until there was a greater need for Mom, and probably after researching a different company.

  • Care in home

I am happy with this service for my mom. The staff was able to find me, someone, as soon as needed. I like the caretaker who arrived on time. We liked the care, but we wanted to have assistance with making homemade meals. We wanted someone to come in the would be the same caretaker on a regular basis. We would recommend this service to other families for good care and value

  • My mother in law is happy with the care from this in home care service we received. The aid is helping with taking my mothers to eat. She is entertained with the help of the aid. A great aid Alison was exceptional with the care that was given. We would recommend this to others who need good in home care for a loved one.
