The community needs more selection of food. It is a very nice place, and I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. In the beginning they had a lot of turnover of staff. This was hard on my loved one.
[Name removed] was well prepared and answered all my questions. It’s a nice facility. The rooms are ample. They seemed dark, though. The floor in memory care was sticky, but that was probably just this day. There was a smell of feces close to the room we toured. I understand that someone probably had an accident shortly before we arrived. We spoke with the daughter of a resident who said she was happy with the facility, especially because she felt her mom would not be mistreated.
This place is understaffed and are not able to take care of their residents. You may get your medicine on time or could be 2 to 3 hours or longer. The food is something I wouldn’t want to give my dog daily. You have the same-o-same-o for a week or two As I heard they sometimes don’t have a nurse on staff. This is not how the State will approve when notified
This place was nasty , the rooms smelled like poop and pee , no supervision at all , the residents are on their own would not recommend this place at all !
Have toured Broadmore with staff, liked very much, but find it too expensive at this time.
