  • I visited Crosswood Oaks without an appointment today and was not impressed. The building was too warm and stuffy. They don't serve breakfast and just a kitchenette - no stove or no microwave. Staff was very friendly and residents seemed nice.

  • Great Care by Gracie

Nice place very friendly staff. It is an independent community but if there is any kind of care assistance needed they have [name removed] care services who works independently with a office above beauty shop, met [name removed] who has been helping residents at Crosswood Oaks for 18 years along with her daughter [name removed], very affordable. Angels if you ask me. They were able to look over Mom while we were on vacation and look over cat when we took mom on vacation. They are there 7 days a week from 7 am - 6:30pm on call for any of your needs which put me at ease with Mom. Definitely one of the pluses about this community.

  • I really like this community. The landscaping is beautiful, employees greet and say hello, I find it positive to walk in and hear residents laughing and talking amongst each other as they wait to go on a outing for lunch. It may not be as new as these other communities but you feel the warmth when you walk into the door. Which is hard to find The one bedroom apartment I saw had tons of storage space, walk-in closet, and a closet in the bedroom, plus a storage unit with the apartment and its included with the rent, the apartment was remodeled and it showed, during lunch the server was attentive and the food tasted really good. Pricing seem reasonable and there is no community fee. Anyone I see that is looking for a community I would recommend this place.
