Good first impression, poor follow through

The problem we had was not with the management team, they were very friendly and very supportive. Our problem was with the care giver assigned to our loved one. She was late the first night which resulted in her missing several wake up calls from the patient, and we had to wake her up at that point. We decided to give her another chance but the second night she showed up late and that was when we dismissed her and turned her away. We would consider Clara's Sitting Service again, but just not with that specific are giver because it was a poor experience.
