We were really happy with this facility at first, but since we are not able to visit it has gone downhill. The community has not been good with communication. The staff members here are making an effort, but if you cannot go visit your family member I would recommend to not put them in a facility.

We chose Church Assisted Living because of the services offered as well as cost. The room sizes here are pretty big compared to some others that we saw. I tried the food once and it seemed good to me. The best part about this community was the staff members, they formed a personal connection with my mom and they really cared for her. I would recommend this facility.

Very clean with nice set up. More than originally quoted but I understand that it might be different upon assessment. Also for the price it didn’t include any furniture, cable or phone which would mean an additional expense. On a positive note . It was very organized, friendly and clean. We are still keeping it open as an option but 5250. Plus furniture, cabinets for the bathroom, cable and and phone , it may be out of the budget.
