Carlson Care basically kept me informed. The staff called me when they needed things for my loved one, medication, etc. They all kept me updated on my mom's condition, so overall it was a good experience....
Well Taken Care Of
They can improve on doing some activities for them. There is nothing there for them to do. What they have done well on is that they meet their needs. The houses are kept clean and they are well taken care of....
