The lack of professionalism and the lack of communications were astounding. This facility should be shut down.
The worst facility imaginable. The staff is more concerned about skin care than about proper medical care. Some of the employees clearly do not have training. The lack of communication is astounding.
Horrible place. The focus is on activities instead of the quality of care. The staff was terrible in providing updates. As if that was not bad enough, the staff lost personal belongings and never offered an explanation.
Stay away. Hideous, run-down facility. Advertisements and promotional material do not match the reality. Unable to provide proper care.

This was a nice looking community, comparable to others that we saw when we were looking. This location was not very convenient for us to get to, unfortunately, but otherwise it was definitely one that we were considering.
